Most remodelers hand you a catalog and a quote. We sit down with you, sketch the layout, build it in 3D, and pull the actual cabinet doors, quartz slabs and tile samples off the shelf so you can see and touch every decision before a single wall comes down.
What Happens in the Studio
Design, permits, construction and final inspections are all handled under one roof. The studio is where the first two happen — and where the fun part lives.
Design Consultation
We start by understanding how you actually live in the space — who cooks, who hosts, what drives you crazy about the current layout — then talk honestly about budget and scope.
Space Planning & Layouts
Floor plans and elevations that fix the flow, not just the finishes. Work triangles, clearances, storage and appliance placement all get resolved on paper first.
3D Design Concepts
Professional 3D renderings so you can walk the room before it exists. See your cabinet color against your quartz against your floor — and change your mind for free.
Material Selection
Cabinet doors, quartz samples, tile, sinks, faucets and hardware — pulled from stock and laid out side by side. No guessing from a phone screen.
Scope & Estimate
A written scope with honest pricing and a clear schedule — so you know what’s included, what isn’t, and what each week looks like.
Hand-Off to Build
The same team that designed it builds it. Nothing gets lost in translation between the studio and the job site, because there is no translation.

You get renderings plus a written scope and schedule. Revise until it’s right — that’s what the studio phase is for.
Build It
Permits pulled, crews scheduled, one point of contact throughout, and a walkthrough together at the end.
